Returns: If your item arrives with any defects, whether in the fabric or the print, just contact us within 30 days of receiving your order, and we’ll make it right for you.

We do not accept returns for any reason other than defects in the product. 

Exchange: If you’ve changed your mind about the size, color, or design, we do accept exchanges. Please note that you’ll be responsible for the return shipping label and 20% of the new item's cost.

Wash and dry your t-shirts or sweatshirt inside out. It's a simple yet crucial step.

Opt for low temperatures and gentle detergents. Your Coolchy swag isn't anything like Kabab, so avoid high heat!

Avoid the urge to spin too much. Extra spins can cause more wear and tear over time.

Air dry whenever possible. If tumble drying, avoid heavyweight companions like winter coats and blankets.

Iron your t-shirts and sweatshirts inside out and start with a lower heat setting. Designs and irons aren't always the best of friends. Do not dry clean.
