When I was not fully satisfied with the quality of the T-shirt I purchased, coolchy contacted me and asked what they can do. They offered a full refund, credit or exchange which was reasonably satisfactory for a customer who had a slight problem. Anyhow, the refund was made even without my asking and I’m very grateful to the customer service and the path this company is taking. I mean they have the brilliant ideas for selling their product, so no wonder they are so good at this too.
