1. Sponsor
Coolchy, PO Box 26, Mount Vernon, IA 52314, USA ("Sponsor"). Contact: orders@coolchy.com.
2. Who can enter
Open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority where they live, if higher) at the time of entry and who are legal residents of the United States (including D.C.), the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, or a member state of the European Union other than Italy. Residents of Italy and of all other countries are not eligible. Employees of Sponsor and members of their immediate households are not eligible.
3. Entry period
The giveaway starts when Sponsor sends the announcement email in October 2026 and ends on October 25, 2026 at 11:59 PM Pacific Time ("Entry Period"). Entries received after the end of the Entry Period will not be counted.
4. How to enter
Reply to the Coolchy giveaway announcement email and tell us the name of your favorite Coolchy design. If you did not receive the email, you can enter by sending an email to orders@coolchy.com with the subject line "Favorite Design Giveaway" that includes your full name, your country of residence, and the name of your favorite Coolchy design. Both methods are free and are treated equally.
Limit one entry per person. Additional entries from the same person will be ignored. Entries that are incomplete, automated, or sent in bulk are void.
5. Winner selection
On or about October 27, 2026, Sponsor will select one (1) winner in a random draw from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. Sponsor will keep a record of the entry list and the draw. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
6. Prize
One (1) Coolchy Unisex T-Shirt or Sweatshirt (winner's choice) in the design the winner named in their entry, in the winner's choice of available size and color. Approximate retail value: up to US$51.95. No cash alternative. The prize cannot be transferred or exchanged, except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the named design or garment is unavailable. Sponsor pays standard shipping. The winner is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country, and for any taxes on the prize.
7. Notification and claiming the prize
Sponsor will notify the potential winner by email at the address they used to enter. To claim the prize, the potential winner must reply within five (5) days of the notification with their size, color, garment choice, and shipping address.
Canadian residents: before being confirmed as the winner, a Canadian resident must correctly answer, without help of any kind, a mathematical skill-testing question sent by email, and reply within the same five (5) day period.
If a potential winner does not reply in time, answers the skill-testing question incorrectly, is found to be ineligible, or the notification is returned undeliverable, they forfeit the prize, and Sponsor may draw an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries in the same way.
8. Use of names and replies
By entering, you agree that Sponsor may announce the winner's first name and state, province, or country. By entering, you also agree that Sponsor may quote your reply (your favorite design and anything you write about it) in Coolchy marketing, together with your first name only, without payment. If you do not want your reply quoted, say "please don't quote me" in your reply and we won't. Choosing not to be quoted does not affect your entry.
9. Your personal information
Sponsor uses entrant information to run this giveaway, contact the winner, and deliver the prize, in line with Coolchy's Privacy Policy. Entering does not sign you up for anything you were not already subscribed to.
10. General conditions
Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with the giveaway or breaks these rules. Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are lost, late, misdirected, or not received because of technical problems. If the giveaway cannot run as planned for reasons beyond Sponsor's control, Sponsor may cancel or change it and award the prize by random draw from eligible entries received before the problem. Sponsor's decisions are final. This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, any email provider, Facebook, Instagram, or any other platform. Nothing in these rules limits any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of the country where you live.
11. Winner's name
To request the winner's first name and region after November 3, 2026, email orders@coolchy.com with the subject line "Favorite Design Giveaway Winner."
