I ordered a couple items for my young children to give their Baba for Fathers Day - and when the order arrived I realized that both items were too large (Baba is a lean Medium and at Coolchy that is a Small imho), so when I reached out to the company asking to process an exchange and for next steps (sort of annoyed bc I am a busy Mama and also fathers day is now within the week). I got an easy response that replacements would be sent with expedited shipping and there is nothing else on my end to do. Honestly it was a small experience that made all the difference between me buying here again/recommending this brand vs never ordering from it again. I am also happy when I come across brands with similar customer service levels to my brand (Shaffali). Love when Karma comes around.
